Shipped at scale for AI Objectives Institute - the lab behind Talk to the City, adopted by Taiwan's Ministry of Digital Affairs: a voice + text intake agent deployed with Search for Common Ground and across 55 universities at 10-20K msgs/day.

When off-the-shelf tools don't fit, I build the system from scratch - the full application around the model - and wire LLMs into your existing stack (CRM, Slack, internal tools), including the data pipelines behind them.
